概要

This paper is concerned with a computational method for evaluating a degradation level of magnetic materials. Applying current to a probe with magnetic yoke, the detecting signal can be measured by pick-up coil attached with the probe. An inspection model is described by a nonlinear Euler equation in two dimensions with the state dependent magnetic permeability. The nonlinear output l east square problem is formulated for identifying the material degradation parameter. Some numerical experiments are summarized.
