In-vessel components (IVCs) such as blanket segments and divertor cassettes strongly receive neutron irradiation through high energy neutron (14.06 MeV) from fusion plasma. This study investigated the influence of probe types on the detection capability of eddy current testing technique against the flaws on F82H steel. In this study, stress measurements were performed using a double exposure method with hard synchrotron monochromatic X-rays, and its validity was proved.
