概要
We developed a diagnostic device that utilizes the Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) to clarify the frequency domain to be focused by collecting the data which simulated various abnormalities in experimental apparatus. In addition, we found a correlation between the extent of the level and the abnormal of the generated frequency, and developed criteria.
