Abstract (Times New Roman 10pt) should be about 150 words. Since severe accident was occurred at Fukushima-Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, nuclear industry has lost trust from public. The nuclear communities including government and operators have been engaged in public communications. The nature of the communication were “correct information”, “to provide as soon as possible”, “easy to understand”. If the communities have necessity to recover public trust, they have to consider the different communication activities. The paper discuss the nature of new communication activities. The concept of the new activities are “to understand different type of opinions for nuclear power and to exchange the different opinions” and “ to build communication platform across the nation”
