概要

CBM(Condition Based Maintenance) has high safety and hight cost performance. “A vibration method“ and “the lubricating oil method“ are already applied in a chemical plant and the steel industry in our country as a maintenance method of a dynamic device such as the motor mainly. However, the present status about the static machine such as electric facilities depends on TBM (Time Based Maintenance). I regard the temperature measurement of facilities and the transfer of the thermal energy as the most important element in CBM.
