「原発裁判と社会」第四報 リスクの理解ー社会認知の手法
概要
これまで、原子炉の運転差し止め裁判が数多く行われ、裁判所は運転を認める判断、禁止する判断のいずれも示している。原発裁判では、原子力安全に係る専門的かつ高度な事柄に関する論争が行われている。原発裁判で、安全確保の理解が進まない要因の1つに、「リスク」の理解が社会に進まないことが挙げられる。本 では、「リスク」とは んなことなのか、について自 と考えることのできるような議論、討論の手法を提案する。 Many lawsuits have been filed to stop the operation of nuclear power plants. Judgments in court show various decisions. In such lawsuits, some controversy over technical issues related to nuclear safety have taken place but it is hard to say that various efforts to ensure nuclear safety has been understood properly. One of the cause seems that the concept of “risk” doesn’t penetrate into society. In this report, a method is proposed. this method may enable people to think about risk easily.
