概要
Aging workforce and retirement in recent years are anticipated to weaken maintenance technology ability of the industries. We carried out the human resource development of personnel to strengthen maintenance management technology. Technology education to acquire basic knowledge of maintenance were given to technical and also management staff. We fabricated and operated a training facility on the premises of the company. We also examined and proposed the ICT equipment for maintenance. This paper describes the engineering education performed, training facility fabricated, and ICT equipment introduced.
