小冊子「私たちのあるべき姿」の策定と活用について
概要
J-Power, which is working on the construction of the Ohma Nuclear Power Plant, has developed the booklet “What we should be” in order to promote the autonomous performance improvement of the staffs. We have redefined our vision and mission through its development. Then, to obtain a foundation (safety culture, etc.) necessary for achieving the vision, understand the framework (various performance improvement activities), and perform the work, the booklet is composed of contents that help sharing the following four points. "Relationship among various activities for achieving vision", "Mission and appropriate behavior of each section", "Safety culture, values, professionalism, etc.", "Performance improvement activities." In this paper, we will introduce the purpose of the booklet, the development process, the outline of the booklet, the status of utilization, issues, and efforts for revision.
