概要
Maintenance engineers are optimizing the maintenance of maintenance target equipment in the activities of Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO). This optimization activity needs to be reviewed on the basis of the previous operation and maintenance experience, and there is a "maintenance template" as a tool that can assist it appropriately and efficiently. We have discussed the utilization of maintenance templates in Japan as an important tool to show the optimization of maintenance, and the way of its use, and we have also been active for the purpose of providing explanations for future maintenance engineer development. Since it is possible to optimize preventive maintenance by promoting the use of the maintenance template, it is necessary to promote the understanding of the person in charge of maintenance about its merits and importance. Also, we have discussed the way based on the actual conditions of templates in Japan and abroad. In the future, we will promote efforts to deepen the understanding of maintenance personnel, based on the ideal template.
