概要

Many studies about the vibration of rotating vane of turbine had been performed. As in this paper, it was observed on a centrifugal pump operation that stationary part, ring-hat disk vane was vibrating, then it was studied that a mechanism of the phenomena was presumed from the vibration mechanism of turbine vanes.he experimental studies by using actual pump and analytical studies were performed. It was made clear that the interference between pump vanes and pump volute water cuts generate turbulences with pump rotation and the turbulences were rotating with pump impeller rotation. The disk vibration characteristics that the stationary disk as a ring type vane would vibrate with cyclic symmetry modes and its resonance would occur at the tine corresponding to pump rotating frequency and n times and nz (z:number of impeller vanes) times of rotating frequency were made clear. The mechanism was confirmed. The exciting force was evaluated from the pressure fluctuation data. The vibration response of ring type stationary vane, the disk, could be estimated with the pressured exciting force and Fluid-tructure interaction FEM model calculation.
