概要

In USA, maintenance rule (10CFR50.65), issued in 1991, was risk informed performance base rule and required the utilities to observe whether the effectiveness of maintenance program was maintained continuously. Industry developed the guidance NUMARC 93-01in order to respond the requirements of maintenance rule efficiently. Deregulation of electric power at second half of 1990 forced the utilities to optimize the maintenance in view of not only safety but also economic performance. Industry develop Standard Nuclear Performance Model (SNPM) in 2004 and its individual process procedure AP-913and AP928 These framework and utilities efforts have been promoting the advancement of maintenance including the area of the On-Line Maintenance（OLM）and Preventive Maintenance
