概要
This study shows how Japanese utilities are expanding “On-line Maintenance” activity, and how safety of “Single system On- line Maintenance” is maintained. The basis of Single system On-line Maintenance is the design basis accident analysis. On the other hand, the basis of “Multiple system On-line Maintenance“ will be discussed in the future when risk informed regu lation is introduced. Considering this situation, Japanese utilities will start from “Single system On-line Maintenance”.
