概要

In Japan the maintenance method of the nuclear plant is mainly time based maintenance (TBM), therefore the reliability and the health of equipment have been secured by periodical maintenance. However, in the new inspection rule which starts from January 2009, with the rise of the expectation for CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) which identify the condition of facilities or equipme nts during operation, advancement of maintenance technology and condition monitoring technology have been demanded. In the nuclear power industry of many foreign countries and the domestic non-nuclear power industry, the shift to CBM has been already pushed forward positively, as a result, the reduction of the trouble incidence and the rise of plant operation rate have been realize d.With the aged deterioration of a power plant, improving the maintenance at a nuclear power plant in our country is strongly required and the shift to CBM from TBM or the maintenance system which combined TBM and CBM is examined. At this research, improving on the Condition Monitoring Technique is the purpose. The test to monitor the deterioration of the bearing has been carried o ut by using three kinds of parameters including Vibration, Lubrication Diagnosis, and AE.The relation and the feature of each parameter were investigated when the progression of deterioration of the bearing was observed at the same time. From this result, we will show what we found that these three kinds of parameters have the feature in the timing of catching the degradation mode.
