概要
Inductivity coupled plasma (ICP) optical emission spectroscopy is widely used in methods to analyze metal concentration in oil. This method has the disadvantage that metal concentration of large particles cannot be detected accurately. The developed method has high sensitivity by acid-dissolving large particles on the filter in addition to the conventional method.
