概要
This study proposes an innovative perspective for the knowledge accumulation and circulation in the domain of plant main tenance based on SECI model. The key concept of knowledge management is to make implicit knowledge to explicit, to share explicit knowledge among novice engineers, to develop explicit knowledge to advanced explicit knowledge, and to interna lize explicit knowledge as implicit. This paper is our first step to apply this framework to plant maintenance support.
