概要
In the component like the nuclear power plant to which a high reliability inspection is required, it is very important to confirm the inspecti on personnel capability because the inspection method greatly depends on their skills like UT inspection. Therefore, the qualification and cer tification for the UT personnel skills has been performed before the inspection is done. This paper shows that there is sufficient reliability in UT inspection by evaluating the UT performance data and that the Phased Array technique is effective for the depth-sizing of the defects.
