概要
A special committee for the “Development of Research & Development Roadmap regarding Power Reactor Safety” was formed in the Atomic Energy Society of Japan (AESJ) in 2004 und er a contract with the Japan Nuclear Energy Safety Organization to examine the “Aging and Plant Life Management Roadmap”. The examination by the special committee was conducte d based on a common understanding among the industrial, governmental and academic communities to figure out the future strategies for plant life management in order to take a ppropriate actions to deal with ageing phenomena at Japan's nuclear power plants and to ensure safety and reliability of the nuclear power plants in a well-established manner.
