米国における原子炉監督プロセス(ROP)開発に学ぶ
概要
The ROP is the reactor oversight framework developed by the US NRC in the late 1990s to ensure public trust for nuclear safety in power generation. The mechanism of the ROP was developed as risk informed and performance based. The ROP`s concept is embedded in the process as an essential philosophy being designed by regulatory body industry and public. The study examines the history behind the changeover to the ROP in the U.S. and the significance of the ROP philosophy on nuclear safety.
