原子力発電所における保安規定管理の高度化検討
概要
In accordance with of the Reactor Regulation Act, the Operational Safety Program is requird to be established in order to keep the Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) in safe operation. The Licensee shall maintain the component, system and plant in the Limiting Condition of Operation (LCO), which is one of the provision of the Operational Safety Program, by monitoring the plant parameter and component condition in the Main Control Room or at local through the plant operation period including startup and shutdown. In this few years, the workload of the NPP staff for the LCO has been inceased due to the complexity in the judgement of the deviation from some of the LCO provisions, or due to the addition of the severe accident coping system into the scope of the Operational Safety Program after Fukushima Daiichi accident. Utilizing the engineering know-how and technology of NPP vendor, the sophisticated measurement is proposed in order to resolve this workload issue, and conserquently to improve the plant safety.
