Nuclear power plants have been restarted, and trials on driving injunctions are being made in various places. Regarding measures to cope with Pyroclastic flows, trials and the like have created several issues. From the eyes of justice, we analyze the arbitrage disposition provisional injunction of nuclear power plants and point out the points.
