回転機のグリス補給作業最適化の取り組み
概要
Grease lubricated bearings needs adding grease periodically for keeping good condition. Sometimes bearings have abnormal temperature with over lubrication. We can avoid the situation with herring rotation sound of bearings on the greasing. That sound turn normal sound when bearings have appropriate lubrication. At the time we stop adding grease. As a result, we can avoid over lubrication. However, feeling of the sound are different with each person. Therefore we used visualization of sounds technology for the greasing. As a result, we have come to be able to perform proper lubrication management.
