大間原子力発電所の建設中の長期保管対策について
概要
Construction work of Ohma NPP was suspended because of the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 2011. At that time, progress rate of construction was 37.6%. Construction work was resumed in October 2012. Since, however, the institution of new regulations (new regulatory standards), which could require equipment modifications, was under discussion, construction efforts were made within the limited scope that would not be affected by new regulations As a result, the construction work involving the Reactor Building and the Turbine Building was limited to work associated with the structures up to the floor of the 1st floor level above ground. At present, it is forced to store the equipment for a long period of time at the construction site and the vendors' factories. Under these circumstances, we’ve been addressing ageing management such as preventive actions to minimize and control ageing effects, monitoring and trending of ageing effects in cooperation with the vendors.
