概要
Engineer conversations often create conflict. They think that they are only telling "the right opinion", and they are not aware that they are attacking the other party to correct their opinion. Even if the explanatory material is improved in this state, the improvement effect can not be expected. Therefore, after creating a "cooperation relationship" at the beginning of the conversation, I will describe, with examples, a rapport conversation method that starts with "Agree".
