島根原子力発電所における電子版事前消火計画（PRISM）の導入
概要
The purpose of implementing the Pre-Fire Plan with PRISM software is to assist firefighters to respond to fires properly and quickly by defining firefighting strategies (Pre-Fire Plan) including access routes for firefighters and location of fire-fighting equipment in advance. Fire could be a complex emergency causing unexpected failures and damages and it is extremely difficult to predict the necessary fire response. PRISM Pre-Fire Plan Software can display the fire-fighting strategy of each area of the plant on the tablet. In the event of a fire, the shift supervisor, the shift operators, the onsite fire brigade commander, and the contracted fire brigade lead use this software in the Main Control Room and the local command center, etc. When a fire area is selected, PRISM can display information necessary for firefighting activities such as access route to the scene of fire, hazard in the area (equipment containing oil, etc.) and available fire equipment, etc. This helps the commanders make quick and accurate decisions that is best for any unique fire situation in any location of the plant.
