概要
The influence of the fault displacement on the facility should be evaluated not only by the activity of the fault but also by obtaining risk information by considering scenarios including such as the degree and the frequency of the hazard, which should be an appropriate approach for nuclear safety. In this paper, the basic thinking of nuclear safety for fault displacement utilizing the concept of defense-in-depth and risk evaluation approach is proposed.
