概要
This paper shows outline of US Inservice Testing compared with other inspection and maintenance activities and the ASM E Operation and Maintenance Codes, Standards and Guides, the code portions of which are endorsed by NRC and used at pl ants in the same way as ISI codes and standards. Then review of recently development activities for the ASME Codes and the insight for effectiveness of the testing standards in plant management in Japanese nuclear power unit is provided.
