概要
This paper outlines the development of fluorescent penetrant testing system for turbine rotors. At TEPCO's nuclear power plants, the inspection for turbine rotors implements dye penetrant testing. the inspection for turbine rotors using dye penetrant testing often needs many workers and work hour s from our previous experience. We succeeded in the development of fluorescent penetrant testing system for turbine rotors, which can implement the inspection automatically and shortly. This paper also outlines various element test results which apply to this fluorescent penetrant testing system.
