概要

Abstract: Nuclear industries are widely influenced with social perception as much as technical iewpoint. It also referred and come up to plant maintenance activities, especially at extensive naintenance work in annual outage, large-scale repair or modification work and occurrence of ac idents on the facility trouble. Sociological approach for maintenance field, so called Maintenological Sociology, should be onsidered and established from viewpoint of social or human behavior aspect. Subjects of study will be classified into two areas. One will be headed to personnel who directly ngaged in actual maintenance activities, and another be to the surroundings or indirectly involved rganization or people, such as regulatory bodies, residents, neutrals and media. “his paper also indicates various keywords that should be discussed hereafter in the study of Taintenological Sociology and suggests tentative idea of its framework. t is also stressed systematic approach must be contributed for optimization of present excessive naintenance work. “inally, it concludes that participation of experienced sociologists is essential for this study.
