概要

We developed a technology for monitoring machine frequency by using a camera available on the market which is possible to install in place difficult to approach due to high temperature or radiation environments. This camera detects frequency by using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) from images taken of equipment. Cavitation in the pump was measured using this camera and it was confirmed that it could be detected. By measuring the vibration frequency of the machine with this camera, it is possible to detect an abnormality sign in the equipment, and it is expected to reduce the maintenance cost.
