修正コンター法を用いた溶接残留応力分布の測定
概要
Welding is an indispensable technology for large steel structures in recent years. However, weld residual stresses in welded joints cause a reduction in brittle fracture strength and fatigue fracture strength, so a simple method to measure residual stresses has been developed by improving the contour method. In the proposed method, the residual stress can be measured even if the cut is made asymmetrically, whereas in the conventional method the cut has to be made symmetrically.
