志賀原子力発電所におけるリスク情報を活用した意思決定に係る 取り組みについて
概要
Nuclear Power Companies have decided to introduce a Risk Informed Decision Making (RIDM) process into the management of their power plants, based on the lessons learned from the accident at the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Station. The strategic plan and action plan for the realization of Risk Informed Decision Making (RIDM action plan) were published in February 2018. This paper introduce the risk management system established at Hokuriku Electric Power Company to implement the RIDM process. The risk management system was established to enable timely decision-making at each stage based on the RIDM action plan. In addition, the status of the probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) model, which is being developed and upgraded as a plant risk assessment tool, is introduced. And, a case study of Risk Informed Decision Making at the Shika Nuclear Power Station is also presented.
