概要
In Japan many people suffer from the event of natural disasters (typhoon,earthquake,tsunami,eruption,etc). There are two types in natural disasters, predictable disaster and unpredictable disaster. Typhoon is predictable disaster. On the other hand, earthquake is unpredictable disaster. In the predictable disaster cases like typhoon, the best choice is to go to the evacuation facility quickly. But many people don’t go to the evacuation facility, stay in their house. This is the reason why many people die in predictable disasters. Therefore, in this paper, the reason why many people don’t choice to evacuate would be described.
