一般災害と原子力災害の比較による危機管理の課題
概要
In the event of a general disaster or a nuclear disaster, the government will make announcements such as evacuation advisories and evacuation orders when there is a possibility that a crisis will occur to the general public. They take evacuation action to avoid damage based on the instructions. The issue here is that the significance of evacuation instructions applied to general disasters and nuclear disasters in terms of crisis management may be different for each disaster. Therefore, in this paper, the issues in crisis management by comparing general disasters and nuclear disasters would be described.
